What are we up to?

We’re delivering a four-bedroom detached home for a private client, focusing on energy efficiency and high-quality, futureproof construction.

How are we doing it?

We’re acting as construction manager and principal contractor duty holder that includes overseeing everything from early groundworks to cost control and contractor coordination. The build is designed to exceed standard performance levels, with renewable technologies and strong thermal efficiency. It’s being delivered on an open-book, fixed-fee basis which gives the client full transparency and shared savings.

What’s the latest?

The build has moved at a strong pace since day one. Within the first week on site, we completed the full site strip, reduced-level excavation and installed the soakaway system, sewage treatment plant and mains water. Clearing over 500 tonnes of muckaway in the process.
Since then, the momentum has continued. With all brickwork now complete and the roof on, the structure is watertight and ready for internal works to begin. This is a major milestone that keeps the project firmly on track.

What the client says

We’re pleased with the speed and clarity of the process so far and appreciate being involved without worrying about day-to-day site issues.
