ALS Projects was founded by Managing Director Alex Swancott, with a clear purpose to give clients more control, clarity and value in the way construction projects are delivered.
After almost two decades in the industry, Alex had seen how over-complication, hidden margins and a lack of transparency could get in the way of delivering quality builds. ALS Projects was created to do things differently, offering a hands-on, honest and straightforward approach that puts clients first.
Based in Shropshire, we now deliver residential and commercial projects across the UK, including self-builds, extensions, renovations and multi-plot developments. Whether we’re managing the full build or supporting at key stages, we combine technical experience with a practical, no-fuss attitude.
