Project Cleveland

The brief

Our client wanted a full renovation of their Victorian house that would preserve the building’s period charm whilst bringing it up to modern standards. The scope extended beyond the house itself to include a complete garden transformation, creating an outdoor space that complements the restored property.

Our approach

We developed a collaborative methodology that placed strong relationships with specialist sub-contractors at the centre of the project. This allowed us to navigate the complexities of Victorian renovation work. This included respecting the building’s heritage features whilst introducing contemporary functionality. We were disciplined with the budget, ensuring the work stayed on track without compromising on quality.

Progress and outcomes

The project has been successfully completed on budget, and the results speak for themselves. The Victorian character has been beautifully preserved whilst the property now offers modern comfort and efficiency. The success of Project Cleveland led directly to further work with the same client, including the prestigious Project Claremont renovation.

What the client says

On budget, on time and beautifully executed.
