Project Regent

The brief

The client required a multi-phase extension and refurbishment programme with a carefully managed budget. The work needed to meet their personal requirements and accessibility needs, delivered in phases with the extension first, followed by kitchen and bathroom works.

Our approach

We’ve worked closely with the client to understand their vision and deliver solutions that work within their constraints. Project management has been a key aspect, ensuring seamless coordination between design and delivery. We’ve maintained a tight budget throughout whilst ensuring every stage of work reflects the quality standards our clients expect.

Progress and outcomes

The first phase extension works are now approaching completion, providing an excellent foundation for the subsequent kitchen and bathroom installations. This approach has allowed us to deliver value for money whilst maintaining flexibility to respond to the client’s evolving needs. The project demonstrates our ability to juggle competing priorities including delivering quality work, meeting timelines, and staying within budget. We’ve achieved this whilst maintaining the personal touch our clients value.
